INTERVENTION

The clinic team can design interventions which provide individualised help for a child with learning and developmental difficulties.

Some examples of the type of interventions we offer are:

individual tutoring sessions for reading difficulties
tutorials to develop writing skills
programmes that encourage self-monitoring of learning and attention
expressive therapy to foser emotional growth and self-esteem

We also provide on-going family support, individual counselling and school visits.

Where appropriate, the clinic team will refer to other professionals.
