The clinic offers help for children experiencing learning and developmental
difficulties and is staffed by a team of psychologists, counsellors and
educators with a wide range of expertise and experience in working with
children.
For various reasons, some children do not develop in typical ways or achieve success academically. They may experience difficulties with learning, attention, behaviour, self-esteem and peer relationships. The Learning and Development Clinic provides assessment and intervention services including psychological testing, educational interventions, counselling and family support. These services help children to learn more efficiently, and to overcome barriers that are preventing successful school and life experiences. |
